Through it’s Charlotte headquarters and branch offices in New Jersey, South Carolina and Florida, Waypoint provides businesses of all sizes complete, flat rate IT infrastructure design, implementation, and support through its three core programs – Managed Services (managePOINT), Infrastructure Security (securePOINT), and Business Continuity Management (storePOINT).

Based on his success, Wilson has been selected as a board member and a committee chair for the International Alliance of Managed Service Providers, which has more than 8,000 members. He has served as a keynote speaker on three separate occasions for the organization.
As a further testimony to Wilson’s leadership within his industry, he was named as an MSPmentor.com Top 250 people in the Managed Services arena for 2008 to 2009. Wilson is also one of the first 15 people globally to hold the Managed Service Provider Certification (CMSP), and under his leadership, Waypoint Solutions Group has been named one of the Top 100 MSPs globally.
